Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mojo's Vault. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 5-12 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Total time from order to delivery is generally 6-15 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your order and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive them.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods, can affect delivery. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please check with your household and neighbors and look around your delivery area first. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us at mojowebdesign19@gmail.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
