Return & Refund Policy
At Mojo's Vault we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy applies to purchases made at mojosvault.com.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with any tags or accessories included.
How to Start a Return
Email us at mojowebdesign19@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and send you instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is non-refundable. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at mojowebdesign19@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, items marked as final sale or clearance, and for health and hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty products (such as sunscreen) once opened or used. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item, size, or color is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
